When we showed up, we were greeted by Ted and found and test drove a 2025 Telluride. We decided we liked it and then Moe took over to work out the details of the price. We decided not to buy that night to allow ourselves a cooling off period. Moe was very professional and did not pressure us. The next morning I contacted Moe and let him know we were interested in making the purchase. He was off that day, but put us into contact with Marco to finish up the deal. When we arrived later that evening, our new Telluride was cleaned up and ready to go. Next we met Andrew Cockrell in the Finance Department. Andrew was a solid guy and the process was very easy and uneventful. After Marco showed us all the bells and whistles on the Telluride, we were out of there. The entire process took about about 2 hours. I would definitely recommend AllStar Kia and all the above mentioned people we dealt with. My one critique with the experience would be with the Karr Security System feature that I could not get removed without further expense. I am not a fan of Karr security system and I am disappointed that I had to eat the cost of it. ”
