I brought in my car to Craig and the service team for a recall and some software updates and troubleshooting related to my dash display not functioning properly. They took the time to figure out what the issue was and I feel like they must of had to go in ten times to update the car. But when all was said and done their tech support and mechanics handled it and I was happy. My car feels like new

My one critique with the experience would be with the Karr Security System feature that I could not get removed without further expense. I am not a fan of Karr security system and I am disappointed that I had to eat the cost of it.

My Google has been hacked by my son anywho my name is Amira Smith. I just recently purchased a 2026 KIA Sportage. I am in love with my new car. And although the Sportage was not my first pick Cooper my sales rep helped me find a car more in a range I wanted to pay. I am very appreciative of the service I received as I didn’t put much money down and they still made it happen.

After a nationwide search for a 2026, EV9, color, grey wolf exterior, and the upgraded brown interior. We decided to purchase the vehicle from all STAR.
